Can I install the widget on multiple pages? Yes. You can place the widget anywhere on your website where homeowners are likely to engage.

Can I limit quotes to certain service areas? Yes. You can customize your market by adjusting your radius or moving your bubble/circle for your service area. Only addresses within your market can generate quotes.

Does RoofQuote PRO work for commercial properties? RoofQuote PRO is primarily designed for residential use. Commercial use cases should be reviewed with our team.

What information does RoofQuote PRO collect? The tool collects homeowner contact details and property information such as name, email, phone number, and address. Once collected, it stores everything in your dashboard

Can homeowners save their quote? Yes. Homeowners can receive their quote by email and revisit it later.

How accurate are the measurements and what determines them? Measurements are generated using aerial imagery and advanced technology and are typically within plus or minus 95 percent accuracy.

Does RoofQuote PRO help reduce fake leads? Yes. Address validation and structured inputs help filter out low-intent users.

Is homeowner information stored securely? Yes. All data is securely stored in your RoofQuote PRO dashboard and protected using industry-standard practices.

Can homeowners compare multiple quote options? Yes. All product cards in your showcase are displayed so homeowners can compare options.

What are Market Settings and how do they work?

Market Settings let you control where homeowners can receive quotes from you. You can adjust your service area(bubble), set coverage(radius), and apply different pricing or products for each market.

Can I show my company logo on those quotes? Yes, you can upload your logo to your Company Profile, and it will automatically appear on homeowner quotes.

Is ContractorLoan PRO™ available for all US States? ContractorLoan PRO™ is not yet available in the following states: Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, and West Virginia.

How does the instant loan process work exactly? Step 1 - Soft Credit Check Pre-Qualification
Send your customer an invitation to apply from any internet-enabled device. Loan applications can be sent directly from your Pro portal or homeowners can request it from your website, either through the RoofQuote PRO® tool after receiving their instant quote or from an embedded button you can place anywhere on your website.

Step 2 - Customer Shops Offers
After completing the prequalification form from their phone or online, AI-powered instant decisioning technology is used to automate a soft credit check and determine which offers they are qualified for. Multiple options are presented and the homeowner can select which loan to finalize. Finalizing the loan is nearly instantaneous, and once accepted, your company with be notified by email.

Step 3 - You Get Paid
Instant application approval and funding lets you request immediate payment from your portal and at any time throughout the project for up to 5 months. The homeowner will only be liable for the amount transacted to your company for the project(s) within the spending window.

What financing company is the lending coming from?

How do customers pay?

When you are ready to transact with a customer, log in to your ContractorLoan PRO™ portal, select the customerʼs name and enter the amount requested and whether it's for initial deposit, project charge, or final charge.

A text message will be sent to that customer's number that was used to apply, allowing them to approve the request. This message will provide a passcode to reply with to accept the payment request. Once approved, funds will deposit into your bank account (same or next day ACH) and the available spend on the loan will decrease by the amount of the payment.

Homeowners are only responsible for paying the amount transacted on the loan.

When will I receive their funds? Contractors will receive funds quickly with Same-Day and Next-Day ACH.

What is a “Purchase Window”?

ContractorLoan PRO™ offers borrowers the ability to spread their purchases over time as needed. The Purchase Window is the time period the borrower can transact on the loan with their contractor. Once the Purchase Window closes, the contractor will no longer be able to request transactions from the loan.

Starts: When the loan is approved and funded
Ends: 5 months after start date

What if the homeowner doesn't use the full loan amount? No matter what amount a homeowner is approved for, they will only be responsible to pay back the amount spent with their contractor during the purchase window, plus associated interest and fees.

How fast does a customer get approved?

Instantly, as quickly as their internet can refresh, your customer will see what they’ve been approved for.

Is there a waiting period for verification deposits to appear in my account after approval? Yes. Verification deposits typically appear within 4 to 48 hours. In most cases, they arrive the same day or the next business day, depending on the 2 PM processing cutoff.
