To successfully launch the tool on your website, it’s best to have all important individuals attend the onboarding call, including key marketing, sales, and management personnel and ideally the person who has access to edit your website.

When will I get my login credentials?

Once we confirm your essential account details, you'll receive a welcome email with your login credentials. To speed up this process, complete the onboarding questionnaire

What does the setup process look like?

To successfully launch your account and get the tool working on your website, please plan on 1-2 meetings:

Session 1

Walkthrough the platform and familiarize your key members of your team with the software, and complete the essential tasks of your Launch List

Session 2  (if needed)

Address any remaining needs to be fully launched including installing the tool onto your website, plus set up remaining value-adds like integrations and materials ordering

We will schedule this meeting after your first call, no more than a week out to give time for your team to complete the website install.

What happens after onboarding is complete?

As you complete onboarding, you'll meet your dedicated client success manager who will continue being your point of contact for ongoing support.

 

They will provide additional resources, analyze your account performance, and help your company continually get the most value from your subscription.
